Manufacturers Lifetime Warranty

At Humaiyra we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident in the quality of each piece. Whether it is your wedding band, engagement ring or any other piece of jewellery from our curated collections, we make all our jewellery fit to last you a lifetime and beyond, ready to pass down to generations to come. All our pieces are individually crafted by master craftsmen and each piece is inspected meticulously after completion to ensure it meets our standards and your expectations.

With this high level of workmanship behind us we back our products against any manufacturing defects. If you feel like there is a defect with your item we invite you to contact us to arrange the return of the item for a full inspection by our workshop. After inspection if we feel your product is damaged due a manufacturing defect we will aim to repair the item or if we deem appropriate then replace it. 

 If after inspection we determine that the defect has not been caused by a manufacturing defect then we will be in touch with you to let you know about the relevant repair services available at cost or otherwise.


Diamond Guarantee

All Humaiyra rings containing diamonds that are 0.30ct and above come with a complete GIA certificate to confirm their authenticity. This document contains vital statistics related to your diamond, from its grades based on the 4Cs to its unique laser-inscribed serial number.  We also ensure all our diamond partners adhere to the Kimberley Process. Complimentary Cleaning Pack

Keeping your jewellery looking nice and shiny is an absolute must. All Humaiyra pieces come with a complimentary pack of Connoisseurs Beauty Wipes and a basic guide on how to take care of your jewellery. Diamond engagement rings also include a Connoisseurs Diamond Dazzle Stik. Both products have been formulated to keep your jewellery looking nice and shiny and we recommended you use them once every 2 weeks depending on how often you wear your pieces. Both products are also available to purchase on our online boutique. 


Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Service on Diamond Engagement Rings

We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewellery. We offer this professional cleaning service free of charge to Humaiyra customers on their Humaiyra diamond engagement rings on one occasion in the lifetime of your ring. The customer only pays for shipping, and Humaiyra pays for return shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be done at this time at cost. Subsequent cleaning can also be done at a cost. The inspection service is free of charge for the lifetime of your purchase.


Complimentary Resizing

In order to ensure a perfect fit we offer all our clients 1 free re-size on their Humaiyra rings. This can be redeemed in the first 3 months for mens wedding rings or at any time in the lifetime of a diamond engagement ring. The customer only pays for shipping, and Humaiyra pays for return shipping. Please note rings can only sized 3 sizes either way from the original size free of charge. A resize outside this range will incur a fee of £80 (inclusive of vat).

If your item has been engraved your engraving may fade in the resizing process. If you wish to re-apply the engraving this will be done at a cost of £20 (inclusive of VAT). 

Some rings are a little more difficult to resize than others depending on patterns/design and/or how the diamonds are set. If this is the case after being assessed by our workshop, we will give you a quote for the cost of resizing. 


Conditions and Exclusions

The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Humaiyra. 

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Humaiyra will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

Fine jewellery is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

1.       Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.

2.       Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.

3.       Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.

4.       Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Insurance

In addition to our warranty, we strongly recommend you also insure your ring. You may wish to use ASSETSURE for this service.  In the event of a theft, loss or a diamond falling out and being lost, you will be able to claim compensation for the lost ring and/or diamond as covering the cost of a new centre diamond is not included in our lifetime warranty.
