These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Humaiyra. By placing your order with us you are accepting these terms and conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediatly.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. who provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. Our prices are in £ (GBP). If you purchase in another currency, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
All Humaiyra pieces are gift wrapped, securely packed and delivered by our reliable couriers. We offer free domestic and international delivery on all orders. All items are made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to complete. Once ready you will receive a notification email to inform you that your order is ready for dispatch. All UK orders are shipped using a next day service.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
The lead time for creation of your piece is 4-6 weeks however delivery times will vary depending on country. For an exact time for your specific country please contact client services on 0800 689 1733 or via email at email@example.com
Please also note for international orders there may be a custom fees and taxes payable. These are determined by the customs authority in your country, and are based on a number of different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes. You will be liable to pay any fees or taxes on delivery.
Where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All of our products are securely packed and sent with trusted couriers. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact client services and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will need to return the defective or damaged item.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases we offer a free returns service for domestic customers. Please refer to our returns policy for instructions on how to return an item. Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with security tags in place. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on made to measure or bespoke pieces. A made to measure item is any item that is not from stock and has been created specifically for you. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, please contact us on email@example.com
We strongly advise you use our returns service to return your order as we cannot accept liability for any parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items we will check the order and proceed to complete your refund. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer free international returns. If you wish to return/exchange your item please contact us to notify and we can arrange this with you. The item will need to be returned to the address provided on the returns form. Please note you will be liable for arranging your return with your preferred carrier. We strongly recommend using a recorded service as we can't except responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European community (EU). Returns made from outside the EU due to Vat, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
Cookies are used on www.humaiyra.com in order to improve your experience on the site. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.
You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject any usage of cookies or to tell your browser to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. You have the right to request access to your data and if anything is incorrect you can change or remove it.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
We work hard to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices or information. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Humaiyra for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
