Delivery

All Humaiyra pieces are gift wrapped, securely packed and delivered by our reliable couriers.

We offer free domestic and international delivery on all orders. All items are made to order just for you and can take 4-6 weeks for engagement rings and 2-3 weeks for mens wedding bands, to complete by our master craftsmen. Once ready you will receive a notification email to inform you that your order is ready for dispatch. All UK orders will arrive the next working day after shipping. 

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

International Delivery

The lead time for creation of your piece is 4-6 weeks for engagement rings and 2-3 weeks for mens wedding bands. Delivery times will vary depending on country. For a exact time for your specific country please contact client services on 07512 722 938 or contact us via the get in touch page.

Please also note for international orders there may be custom fees and taxes payable. These are determined by the customs authority in your country and are based on a number of different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes. You will be liable to pay any fees or taxes on delivery.
