Returning your Humaiyra Piece
Our Size guides are made to ensure you get the perfect fit. ALL our pieces are made to order so before making your purchase please use the size guides to ensure you have ordered the correct size. If you have trouble following the guide then please get in touch with client services on 07512 722 938 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you in getting it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Humaiyra purchase from Humaiyra.com, we would like to offer you an exchange or a complete refund on stock items. We currently only offer returns on stock items and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on made to order or bespoke pieces. Please return your item within 28 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with security tags in place. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, please contact us via our contact section.
How to Return an Item
We provide a free domestic returns service, all you have to do is get in touch with us and we will arrange the return of your order. We strongly advise you use our returns service to return your order as we cannot except liability for any parcels lost in transit.
Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items we will check the order and proceed to complete your refund. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your piece doesn't quite fit right we can work on getting the correct size for you. Just refer back to the size guide or get in touch with us and we can advise you on that perfect fit. Once we receive your piece for exchange we will proceed to order your requested size. Please bear in mind that all pieces are made to order so it will take a further 4-6 weeks to complete the exchange.
International Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not offer free international returns. If you wish to return/exchange your item please contact us to notify and we can arrange this with you. The item will need to be returned to the address provided on the returns form. Please note you will be liable for arranging your return with your preferred carrier. We strongly recommend using a recorded service as we can't accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European community (EU).
